Today, January 7, 2025, at 10:53 AM, the emergency service "101" received a report of a fire that occurred on Traktor Street in the village of Nikolaevka, which is part of the Hubynivka settlement territorial community in the Samara district. This was reported by "Vidomo," citing the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Upon arrival at the scene, emergency service personnel discovered that flames had engulfed a one-story residential house. The fire started in one of the rooms where household items were burning, covering an area of 30 square meters.

An operation to extinguish the fire was immediately organized. Nine professional rescuers and two units of fire and rescue equipment were involved in the firefighting efforts. By 12:03 PM, the fire was localized and completely extinguished.

As a result of this incident, no one was injured; however, the property of the victims suffered damage.

Fire safety remains a relevant topic for discussion in society, especially during the winter months when the risk of fires may increase due to the use of heating devices and other sources of additional heat. Experts recommend regularly checking the condition of electrical wiring, not leaving working heaters unattended, and adhering to fire safety regulations.
