The KP "Parking and Advertising" of the Kryvyi Rih City Council has announced a tender for 1,500 road signs that are to be installed in the city, as reported by "Vidomo," referencing the Telegram channel "Svoi."
The estimated cost of the procurement is 2.7 million UAH. It is important to note that this is the second attempt to conduct the bidding process. The previous tender failed due to documentation issues. However, local media reported that the tender was disrupted because the winning company was deemed undesirable.
Two participants took part in the auction: LLC "Doreks-Safety of Traffic" from Kyiv and individual entrepreneur "Burchak Yevhen Oleksandrovych" from the Slobozhanskyi Dnipro district. The Kyiv company offered a price that was 10 UAH lower than its competitor—2,489,990 UAH. As a result, the "Prozorro" system declared them the winners.
Last year, the municipal authorities also procured road signs from Yevhen Burchak. Unlike in 2025, there was no competition for him in the tender at that time. The contract was signed for 2.3 million UAH. However, the volumes of procurement were later reduced, and the entrepreneur was paid almost 1.4 million UAH.
