Zelensky received reports from military officials, noting positive outcomes on the front lines.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have achieved positive results in recent battles against the Russian occupying army.

This was announced by President Vladimir Zelensky in his evening address to the nation.

He mentioned that there were very important reports from the military command regarding the situation at the front today.

“There is a good outcome on the front – it would be incorrect to name the geography, so I will refrain from doing so politically. But I want to thank our guys from the 425th Separate Assault Regiment – your strength truly matters,” said Zelensky.

Additionally, the president reported on a conversation with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, regarding the strengthening of the Air Forces.

“I instructed the Commander-in-Chief to discuss with Brigadier General Sergey Golubtsov and report on the possibility of relevant personnel changes in the Air Forces and consider appointing Brigadier General Golubtsov as Deputy Commander of the Air Forces,” the head of state concluded.

Recall that the day before, Commander Syrsky spoke about how many square kilometers of the Kursk region are held by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Prior to that, President Zelensky mentioned the number of brigades in the Ukrainian and Russian armies. He also shared how many people were mobilized in Ukraine each month in 2024.
