Антикоррупционный суд частично поддержал просьбу детектива НАБУ о применении меры пресечения.

The High Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a bail measure of 15 million UAH on businessman Yuriy Koryshkin, who is suspected in the case involving his wife, People's Deputy Irina Koryshkina, regarding illegal enrichment.

This decision was made on January 27 by investigating judge of VAKS, Igor Strogiy, as reported by "Slovo and Delo".

"The request is partially granted. To apply a bail measure of 15 million UAH to the suspect Koryshkin Yuriy Anatoliyovych," announced the judge.

Additionally, the suspect has been assigned the following obligations: not to leave the boundaries of Odesa and Mykolaiv regions without permission; to inform about changes in residence and workplace; to refrain from communication with certain individuals.

Recall that NABU and SAP have reported suspicions against businessman Koryshkin for money laundering and false declaration. According to the investigation, between 2021-2022, Koryshkina acquired assets worth over 20 million UAH, exceeding official income and savings during that period. The individual reportedly engaged in a series of agreements and financial transactions to conceal the source of such property. With the funds obtained as unjustified assets, the people's deputy subsequently purchased a building near Odesa, where she resides.

The people's deputy herself is suspected of illegal enrichment.
