Since yesterday, the health condition of Pope Francis has shown a trend towards improvement. Last night was calm.
This was reported by the Vatican press service on Friday, February 28.

“As in recent days, the night was calm, and the Pope is resting,” the statement reads.
Yesterday, the Vatican reported that the pontiff's condition is gradually improving. Pope Francis continues to undergo physiotherapy using an oxygen machine. Due to the complexity of the clinical picture, further observations will be needed for several more days to clarify the prognosis.
This week, the Pope performed a prayer in the clinic's chapel and received communion.
It is worth recalling that Pope Francis was hospitalized with bronchitis on February 14, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia with bilateral lung inflammation.
Later, it became known that the Pope experienced a prolonged asthmatic respiratory crisis, and his condition was assessed as critical. On February 22, the pontiff underwent a blood transfusion. Additionally, doctors identified early-stage kidney failure.
