In Russia, preparations are underway to announce a "victory" in the war against Ukraine by the third anniversary of the invasion on February 24, 2025. Additionally, there may be an announcement of Russia's "victory" over NATO.
This information comes from the Main Intelligence Directorate.

According to the GUR, Russian propagandists have been instructed to intensify efforts to sow despair among Ukrainian society, destabilize the situation within Ukraine, and discredit it among allies.
“Among the key narratives in enemy information attacks are: ‘The West has betrayed Ukraine,’ ‘The opinions of Europeans and Ukrainians do not concern either Moscow or Washington,’ ‘The US and Russia have made agreements behind Ukraine’s back,’ ‘The Ukrainian government is illegitimate,’ ‘The Ukrainian army is losing on the front,’ ‘Corrupt officials in Ukraine are stealing billions of dollars in American aid.’ Furthermore, Russia is preparing to announce an alleged ‘victory’ in the war against Ukraine by the significant date of February 24, 2025, marking the third anniversary of the start of the full-scale war,” the intelligence agency reported.
The Kremlin has also tasked Russian special services to make maximum use of the diplomatic efforts of the US presidential administration in subversive information-psychological campaigns.
Recall that the Center for Countering Disinformation reported that Russia has launched a new information operation under the conditional name "Ukraine Doesn’t Want Peace."
