In Mykolaiv, as a result of an explosion at a food establishment, at least two people have died, and eight others have been injured.
This was reported by the Main Department of the National Police in the Mykolaiv region.
“Today, February 14, at around 14:00, an explosion of an unknown object occurred on Pohranichna Street near a food establishment. As a result of the explosion, two people lost their lives. According to preliminary information, eight more individuals sustained injuries,” the statement reads.
Investigators from the regional police department, forensic experts, bomb technicians, SBU employees, rescuers, and medical personnel are working at the scene, the police added.
It is worth noting that earlier, gunfire occurred near a café outside Kyiv, resulting in a police officer being injured. Additionally, Russian forces previously struck a children's café in the Zaporizhzhia region, leading to casualties.
