On Saturday, February 15, Ukraine and Germany signed a joint declaration of intent to open a Ukrainian Unity Hub in Berlin.
This was reported by a correspondent from “Suspilne.”

It is known that the declaration was signed by the head of the Ministry of National Unity, Oleksiy Chernyshov, and the head of the Federal Chancellery and Federal Minister for Special Assignments, Wolfgang Schmidt.
According to Chernyshov, this is an important step for Ukrainian citizens abroad. The Unity Hub will provide Ukrainians with access to educational and career opportunities.
“This is a professional space that brings together the community, businesses, and cultural initiatives. It will provide access to educational and career opportunities both in Ukraine and in the host country. There, displaced persons will receive support to adapt, learn, and develop their initiatives. And those who are ready will receive all necessary assistance for their return home,” he emphasized.
Recall that on February 14, it became known that the issuance of passports for Ukrainian men abroad has resumed.
In the spring of last year, Ukrainian diplomatic institutions abroad temporarily suspended services for conscript-aged men due to a new mobilization law.
