It will provide access to educational and career opportunities both in Ukraine and in the host country. There, displaced persons will receive support to adapt, learn, and develop their initiatives. And those who are ready will receive all necessary assistance for their return home,” he emphasized.

In the spring of last year, Ukrainian diplomatic institutions abroad temporarily suspended services for conscript-aged men due to a new mobilization law.
