Last night, Russia launched yet another massive missile and drone strike against gas infrastructure, causing damage to production facilities, among others.

This was reported by the Minister of Energy, Herman Galushchenko.

Specialists will assess the damage and carry out restoration work as soon as the security situation allows.

“The objective of these criminal attacks is to halt gas production, which is essential for meeting the household needs of citizens and centralized heating. Currently, all necessary measures are being taken to mitigate the consequences of the attacks and stabilize gas supply,” wrote Galushchenko.

As a reminder, today Russia attacked Ukraine with 14 missiles of various types, as well as 161 strike drones.

On February 11, Russians targeted gas infrastructure in the Poltava region. On January 15, the targets of missile attacks included gas infrastructure in the Kharkiv, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
