On the evening of February 19, Russian forces once again attacked Odessa with drones. As a result of the strike, fires broke out in the city. More than 90,000 subscribers were left without electricity. There is also one reported injury.

This information was reported by the Odessa Regional Military Administration.

“As a result of today’s strike, fires occurred on the roof of a public catering establishment and a warehouse building. An administrative building, a car wash, a roadway, and the glazing of a private house were also damaged,” the report states.

A 55-year-old man has been reported injured and was hospitalized in moderate condition. Additionally, the Regional Military Administration reports that over 5,000 subscribers are without electricity due to the attack.

“Currently, all authorized services are working to eliminate the consequences of both today’s and yesterday’s strikes. As a result of two days of strikes in the Odessa region, 89,500 subscribers are now without power,” the administration noted.

The mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, showcased the aftermath of the enemy attack and pointed out that the heating main was damaged, causing heating outages for some subscribers. Emergency services are working at the strike site.

It’s worth noting that Russian forces began a massive drone attack on Odessa on the evening of February 18.

As a result of the strike in one of the city’s largest districts, over 500 houses, 14 schools, and 13 kindergartens were left without electricity, water, and heating. There were also reports of 4 injuries.
