President Volodymyr Zelensky is trusted by 57% of Ukrainians, while 37% do not trust him. The trust-distrust balance stands at +20%.
This data was presented by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KMIS) as of February.
Sociologists noted that trust levels have slightly improved compared to the last survey in December, when 52% trusted the president and 39% did not.
Across all regions of Ukraine, the situation regarding trust and distrust in Zelensky is similar. The highest levels of trust are found in the central regions and the west.

It is worth mentioning that U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Ukraine needs to hold elections if it wants a seat at the negotiation table. He also claimed that Zelensky's support level is allegedly at 4%.
Recently, Zelensky expressed his willingness to discuss the topic of holding elections, but noted that Ukrainians do not want this during martial law.
In January, Zelensky mentioned that seeking a second presidential term is not his current goal.
