It is noted that on Friday, January 10, a preparatory hearing took place in the Dnipro court regarding Tishchenko's case. He did not participate either in person or online.

The deputy's lawyer stated that he could not attend because he was in a session of the Verkhovna Rada.

In November, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv extended the preventive measure for the deputy until December 23, 2024.

However, on December 23, Tishchenko did not show up for the court session. He explained to the court that on the morning of December 23, he sought medical help in Kyiv, where he was allegedly preliminarily diagnosed with ischemic heart disease.
