NABU and SAP announced new allegations against the member of parliament Irina Kormyshkina for inaccurate declaration. In her 2023 declaration, she failed to disclose a residential house where she lives and plots of land near Odessa valued at over 17 million UAH. Previously, the politician was suspected of illegal enrichment.
This information was reported by the press services of the authorities without naming the MP.
According to "Slovo i Delo," this specifically refers to Kormyshkina.
“On January 9, 2025, at the direction of the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the SAP prosecutor communicated new allegations against the current member of the Ukrainian parliament for intentionally providing knowingly false information in the declaration. Thus, the actions of the specified MP are classified under Article 366-2, 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and other individuals involved in the mentioned crimes are being identified,” the decision states.
Let us remind you that NABU and SAP reported suspicions against MP Irina Kormyshkina for illegal enrichment. According to the investigation, in 2021-2022, she acquired assets that exceed her official income and savings for that period by more than 20 million UAH.
