President Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Following their discussion, new military assistance for Ukraine was announced.
The statement was shared on the Telegram channel of the head of state.

According to the president, this weapon is expected to arrive in Ukraine by the end of the current year.
“We also discussed further defense support for Ukraine, the situation on the battlefield, particularly the involvement of North Korea in the war. We coordinated cooperation within the framework of Canada’s G7 presidency next year,” Zelensky added.
It is worth noting that recently it was revealed that Norway has prepared a new military aid package for Ukraine worth 500 million euros, which will include NASAMS air defense systems.
Meanwhile, the USA has committed to supplying Ukraine with munitions for these systems.
