The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to automatically extend all bookings due to the Russian cyberattack on state registries.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
Bookings have been extended for one month, but no later than February 28, 2025. This decision applies to bookings that were valid as of December 19 and were provided either directly by the Ministry of Economy or through the state portal "Dія".
This means that if an employee's booking expired on December 20, it will be automatically extended until January 20, 2025.
If the booking ended before December 19 (before the cyberattack), employers will be able to extend it only after the registries resume operations.
"This decision will simplify the procedure for extending bookings, especially for those working in critical sectors or participating in ensuring the economic stability of the country,” the agency indicated.
Recall that on December 19, the state registries of Ukraine witnessed the largest cyberattack in recent times. Restoring all registries may take up to two weeks.
It is also worth noting that due to restoration work in the state registries of the Ministry of Justice, the ability to obtain deferrals in the "Reserve+" application is currently suspended.
