On the night of January 18, explosions were heard in the Tula region of Russia. According to local residents, drones attacked a nearby oil depot, which subsequently caught fire.

According to social media reports, drones struck the oil depot in the Uzlovsky district of the Tula region. Locals reported hearing at least ten explosions, after which a fire broke out at the site.
The governor of the Tula region claimed that Ukrainian drones allegedly carried out the attack, and that air defense forces were engaged in the region.
“Last night, the Tula region was attacked by the Kyiv regime. The duty forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense's air defense are conducting combat operations. Firefighting units are on site. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The situation is under control,” the governor stated.
It is worth noting that the evening before, drones attacked an oil depot in Lyudinovo, located in the Kaluga region of Russia. A large-scale fire occurred there.
Earlier, on the night of January 16, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully attacked the "Liskinskaya" oil depot located in the Voronezh region of Russia.
