In response to accusations that the establishment has unwritten rules against military personnel, the restaurant's management published an explanation on their website detailing the conflict with one of the patrons.

According to Noice's statement, the visitor at the center of the scandal is Andrey Khruщ, who is acquainted with the establishment's owner Aleksey Gorashchenkov.

"His military service is conducted in the format of rear rotation, moving from the left bank of Kyiv to the right," the establishment's representatives described Khruщ's service.

There has been a long-standing partnership between Gorashchenkov and the restaurant's owner, Turkish citizen Aykhan Ozdemeir, which, according to the restaurant, has soured due to financial disagreements.

The restaurant claims that Khruщ, being a military personnel and also an acquaintance of Gorashchenkov, began to exert pressure on Ozdemeir, demanding the return of invested business funds. The conflict escalated to the point where Khruщ, along with a group of "highly motivated" individuals, began to "terrorize" the restaurant owner and staff, applying psychological and physical pressure.

Noice asserts that this was the reason for the refusal of service.

The incident on January 12 was already Khruщ's third visit to the restaurant, and this time, according to the establishment, his goal was to damage the owner's reputation. The restaurant shared a video on their Instagram showing the manager in conflict with the military personnel.

Noice added that after the incident, Khruщ continued to cause problems: smoking in prohibited areas, setting fire to packaging, and threatening the security guards who were called to the scene.

On January 13, the police opened a criminal case for hooliganism. The restaurant emphasizes that the refusal was directed solely at Khruщ, not at all military personnel.

However, opinions regarding the situation diverged in the comments under the video:

Thus, the scandal at Noice appears to be more related to personal disagreements between businessmen rather than an attitude towards military personnel, as some social media users speculated.
