On Thursday, December 26, there will be changes in the public transport operations of Dnipro, as reported by "Vydomo" citing the transport department.
Due to the repair of the tram crossing at the intersection of Lesya Ukrainka Avenue and Battalion Dnipro Boulevard, the following changes will be implemented:
- Trolleybuses No. 4 heading towards Soborna Square will continue to operate via 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street – Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, and then follow their regular route;
- Trolleybuses "A" heading towards Heroes of Maidan Square will continue to operate via Lesya Ukrainka Avenue – 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street – Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, and then follow their regular route;
- Trams No. 5 and No. 12 will run on their full routes with a stop on Mykola Rudenko Street towards Stepan Bandera Street;
- Tram No. 17 has temporarily suspended operations;
- Buses No. 40, No. 87A, and No. 109 heading from the Railway Station will reroute as follows: Stepan Bandera Street – Volodymyr Antonovych Street – Oleksandr Polya Avenue – Lesya Ukrainka Avenue, then continue on their routes;
- Buses No. 32, No. 33, and No. 73 heading from the Railway Station will operate: straight along Stepan Bandera Street – left turn onto Volodymyr Antonovych Street – left turn down Oleksandr Polya Avenue – left turn onto Oleksandr Polya Avenue with a stop at "Lesya Ukrainka Avenue", then continue on their routes;
- Bus No. 32K will reroute as follows: Stepan Bandera Street – Volodymyr Antonovych Street – right turn onto Oleksandr Polya Avenue. A temporary stop has been introduced at the intersection of Volodymyr Antonovych Street and Oleksandr Polya Avenue.
Due to the dismantling of emergency structures at the building on Vokzalna Square, the final stops have been relocated:
- for bus routes No. 7K and No. 101 to Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, near house 108;
- for bus route No. 32K, trolleybus route B, and tram route No. 1 to Vokzalna Square near house 2;
- for bus route No. 86 to 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street near house 2.
All other public transport routes will operate as usual according to the working day schedule.
In total, 200 units of rolling stock will be deployed on electric transport routes.
Additionally, 91 bus routes will operate throughout the city with a total of 627 buses (of which 97 are of large capacity).
